Oxford, MS – On August 20, 2014, The Department of Writing and Rhetoric kicks off its fall semester with a day-long orientation held in its new home in Lamar Hall. The orientation features a welcome breakfast for new writing instructors, workshops to help instructors prepare for fall classes, and a guest speaker, Nick Carbone, Director of Digital Teaching and Learning for Humanities Higher Education with Macmillan Education.
